Industrious Rogue Law, PLLC is a two-person law firm that was started when changes in staffing meant that we were faced with unemployment, and the opportunity to redirect our careers.  

Our prior experience with The Unemployment Law Project led to both of us representing claimants in more than 100 unemployment hearings before the Office of Administrative Hearings and providing counsel and advice countless others; skills which we plan to leverage for each and every one of our clients.

 

We represent and advise employees at all steps in the process. We can advise clients on separating from a job, applying for unemployment benefits with the Employment Security Department, proceeding through an appeals hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings, going through a Brief Adjudicative Proceeding (BAP), or writing a Petition for Review to the Commissioner’s Review Office of the Employment Security Department.

Please bear in mind that the initial consultation does not guarantee representation.  Our firm does not represent you in any capacity until a formal representation agreement has been signed by both yourself and our firm. If you choose to hire us to represent you going forward, the consultation fee will count towards your representation flat-fee.
